Ingredients: WHEAT flour,  BUTTER, chocolate chips (30%) (milk chocolate: sugar, cocoa butter, full MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (SOY lecitin), natural vanilla flavoring and  dark chocolate: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOY lecitin),  natural vanilla flavoring), basterd sugar, wholemeal WHEAT flour, sugar, EGG,  molasses, vanilla extract, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), salt.

May contain ALMONDS and MACADAMIA.

baking instructions

keep frozen & bake frozen

preheat oven to: 175 c

bake 10-13 minutes

Place frozen cookie dough 10cm apart on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake on the middle rack. Ovens may vary, the baked cookies should be gently golden brown and not glossy when done.

Cool cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes and ten move them to a wire rack.

Enjoy warm or cool completely.

Place frozen cookie dough in airfryer 5cm apart.

Bake at 165 C for 10-12 minutes.

Let cool 5 minutes and then move them to wire rack.

Hi! my name is Patricia.

I am an American who moved to Eindhoven in 2017. Living in The Netherlands and missing my American style cookie, I decided to start my company Delish Koekjes Frozen Cookie Dough.

The cookie dough is made with love from our kitchen to yours. They are easy to bake with no hassle or mess in your own kitchen. They go directly from the freezer into the oven and are ready in 10-12 minutes. Then you get to enjoy a homemade cookie, simply delish koekjes.

ice cream sandwiches:

Bake the American chocolate chip cookies. Cool completely and put in the freezer for 20 minutes. Slightly thaw the vanilla ice cream & place a scoop of ice cream in between two cookies (flat side facing ice cream). Press down on the cookie with slow even pressure. Roll the outside with mini chocolate chips or your favorite topping. Wrap with plastic wrap and freeze for one hour. Let thaw slightly and enjoy. Try the snickerdoodle cookie with vanilla caramel swirl and roll in chopped nuts.
